i really enjoy the always available hot chocolate, this is so great. location is central, near subway and easy to walk around. the staff, especially lauren, was wonderful. the shower, it was fantastic!

the gym is little small, and gets busy during peak hours, a bit annoying.

the location is near city centre venues. it is close to public transportation, this makes it very easy to get around. i could easily walk to shopping areas.

the location is great. the room was generally well-appointed. i appreciated the spacious bathroom, also the wardrobe and drawer space for storage. there were also functional hooks in both the room and the bathroom.

i was given a bathrobe that was stained and quite gross. that really put me off. it would be great to get a coffee machine, not the cheap coffee sachets. also a smart tv, or netflix was missing.
